Been coming here for the past few years and it’s been great. They’re always very pleasant and able to work with my schedule. I’ve gotten o know the staff and been very happy with them.
This was my first visit to this office and very pleased with the experience! All staff are very courteous, friendly and efficient. Have another appointment in two weeks and looking forward to it. Thanks to everyone who made this a pleasant and positive experience!
You and your whole team were amazing! You all treated me like family when I needed to feel comfortable about important decisions which were to be made. Been going to Pasadena Periodontics for years and couldn’t be better taken care of. I especially appreciate Monica, the dental hygienist. She’s a pro and I always feel like she puts her heart into her work. Over the years the Front Office has changed but for the most part they are all very professional and friendly. Be aware though that most recently they changed their billing procedure and you must pay when services are rendered versus being billed which could deter some patients.
Recently retuned to Pasadena Periodontics after (5) years. My experience was just as great as my first visit. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The facility continues to offer a welcoming environment/feel. 5 Stars. Jorge C.
